23 Things now all done!!!! Finally, in the beginning it seemed like we had so much time to complete this but time just slips away....I found some tasks so easy and straight foreward such as the social networking, myspace & facebook, not really work related but a good tool for uploading pics and youtube. Other tasks such as the Library 2.0 for example were challenging for me and therefore took much longer than they possibly should.

As for the 5 extra tasks, I have made a start......have completed the LinkedIn task and liked this idea of a professional networking tool.

I will start again with the final 4 tasks, being Vufind, Kartoo, Voyage and Semantic Web 3.0 in the new year.......when my brain is refreshed and ready to learn and expand....something to look forward to!!!!

Second Life - correct me if I am wrong but this just feels like a giant computer game, similar to the Sims. I understand the concept of using this to reach an audience, eg students but not quite sure about how much time this takes to set up? Not my favourite task.

Library 2.0: Not sure about this one, maybe its me but had difficulty understanding the concept.

I finally got back to the task at hand and this week have achieved quite a bit.

Task No 20 was the familiarize myself with Youtube, this has been an adventure......not only did we (michelle and I) make our own video for our review day (and the big day in) but we posted it on Youtube under (sport?) i have also added to the social networking pages for all to see (laugh at?).

Task No 21 was to have a look at the Podcasting sites etc. I chose itunes and have succesfully loaded and watched a few of interest.....boy they are addictive though!!!
